Warranty
A warranty document is supplied with products where applicable. It allows eligible defects to be repaired free of charge during the stated warranty period. Products sold through the Veefiltrid.ee online store are covered by the applicable European Union and Estonian consumer-protection requirements.
If a manufacturing defect is identified during the warranty period, the product will be repaired in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty conditions. When requesting warranty service, please provide the warranty document and proof of purchase. Always read and follow the product instructions.
The warranty may be void if the product has been used contrary to the instructions, repaired by an unauthorised person, modified, or if its serial number has been altered, removed or is unreadable.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by foreign objects, liquids, insects, fire, natural events, voltage fluctuations, unsuitable utility connections, accidents, or non-standard and poor-quality consumables, spare parts or accessories. Consumables and replaceable accessories are not covered unless required by applicable law.
Right of withdrawal and returns
A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, subject to applicable law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify WATEX clearly in writing within 14 days by email at info@veefiltrid.ee, by post to Reti tee 11, Peetri, Rae vald, Harju maakond, 75312, Estonia, or by telephone at +372 5886 2212.
The goods must be returned to the WATEX customer service centre at the same address no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
Returned goods must be complete and in their original packaging. The customer may be responsible for diminished value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply.
