WATEX offers two payment methods:
- Bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice.
- Online payment.
Payment terms
Please pay for the order only after receiving the pro forma invoice at the email address provided during checkout, and include the invoice number in the payment reference.
Before paying, please verify that the order contains the correct products. If the payer is not the person who placed the order, include the customer’s full name and pro forma invoice number in the payment reference.
For online payments, confirmation is shown immediately after the payment has been submitted to the seller. The customer is responsible for any bank-transfer fees. When applicable, select the “OUR” fee option.
