Delivery
WATEX offers the following ways to receive your order:
- Collection from the WATEX customer service centre at Reti tee 11, Peetri, Rae vald, Harju maakond, Estonia. Collection is normally available within one business day after payment is received; our customer service specialist will notify you.
- Delivery to a convenient Omniva parcel machine. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Courier delivery to the address specified in the order. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Delivery costs are not included in product prices. Depending on the products, quantity and destination, Baltic orders may be delivered by Omniva parcel machine, Omniva courier, Venipak courier or Venipak pallet delivery. Not every delivery method is available for every product.
For orders outside the Baltic States, delivery costs will be confirmed after the order has been placed.
